What happens during a session?
I aim for success in ONE session - this session will last for up to 2 hours and will include a consultation to discuss your reasons for coming, your expectations and setting goals, an hypnosis experience (for those new to it) after which we can discuss how you felt and how deeply you relaxed and finally a hypnotic treatment to resolve what you came with.
